A Florida abortionist’s medical license has been suspended a fourth time — and a prominent pro-life group is outraged the man hasn’t been drummed from the practice altogether.
Operation Rescue president Troy Newman has tracked abortionist James Pendergraft — a “proven quack,” as Newman describes him — for years and tells OneNewsNow that a fourth suspension is not enough. The medical board, says the pro-life spokesman, is apparently missing the point: the impact on people. “[He has] endangered women [and] killed women,” Newman states. “And so Operation Rescue is calling for not just a suspension of his medical license, but finally and completely an absolute revocation of his license before more women and children die.”
The pro-life leader describes Pendergraft’s five abortion clinics in Florida as “a menace to the public” that should be shut down. “The Florida Board of Medicine seriously dropped the ball by not revoking Pendergraft and forcing the closure of his clinics,” he says in a press release.
While outraged that Pendergraft’s license was not permanently revoked, Newman says people can have the last word on the subject.
Operation Rescue’s website contains contact information for Florida officials, and Newman is urging people nationwide to use that information to deliver a clear message to the Florida Board of Medicine that Pendergraft should be pushed out of the profession for good. According to Operation Rescue, Pendergraft’s clinics — manned by other abortionists — continue to operate while he is on suspension.

This guy is a loser in my opinion.
He should not be allowed to own, operate, or be a doctor in any capacity. From what I have read he has even been in jail.
The state should toss him, what is the delay?

I read about him before.
He needs to have his offices closed and go into another profession.

We can only hope that, ultimately, the state of Florida will do its job and take this man’s license away. He performs third trimester abortions and is known to push the envelop at times.

Don’t you have anything to add that is constructive?
You say nothing that makes sense, and you deny the crimes you commit.
Do you post about the murderers you worship? Talk about their criminal behavior, that you want criminals as sons?
I bet you die in Jail.

i just realized that it was elena that wrote this article, rather than pattypoo.
i must say that i have nothing but respect for the fact that as a choicer, she is willing to expose the warts on the hands of the pro-choice movement, rather than cover them up.
that, in my opinion, is good writing.

Actually, Rogelio, Elena just copied an article from some source, just to clarify! And, yes, we should speak up about the bad doctors out there if we really care about women

Before you rush out and buy all kinds of suff, figure out what kind of coral you want. Corals vary with lnhtgiig requirements. Some can survive well with normal lnhtgiig while others need UV lnhtgiig. Drop the watts per gallon stuff. It doesn’t work. Tall tanks vs. short long tanks of the same size do not get the same lnhtgiig from top to bottom therefore cannot have the same wattage per gallon. I have corals and pollyps in one of my 30 gals with no special light but what it came with more than 30 years ago and they are doing fine. However, the corals and anemone that are in that tank are not particulars on light. To try to tell you what to get and not to get is difficult since you don’t know what kind of coral you want to get. You either have to build around your fish, around your corals or your inverts. I am going to assume you have fish. Build around them since some fish eat certain corals. This is the same with inverts. What fish do you have? Do you have an idea of what coral you would like to have? you may want to research your coral vs. lnhtgiig requirements for that type. Make sure they are compatable with your fish. Usually they will list the corals which are compatable as well as with friendly fish.As far as your fixture goes, that depends on the fixture. They now sell bulbs which mimic certain lnhtgiig. Your local fish store should have them in stock. Again, you have to start with your fish.Good luck.

There is always a bad apple in every bunch. Most of the professionally trained doctors are doing a great job and this one just makes the issue cloudy.
Why is it that the less literate and educated they are, the more convinced they are about their opinion

Why????
Is this the United States? So many regulations and a doctor like this one still have his license. No sense.

Not to defend him, Madalene, but as you say this is the United States and he has the right to appeal decisions. I dont like it, I think he’s a sleaze, but it’s still America. Hopefully, he will be shut down soon….

pattypoo,
there is a serious problem with many of the abortionists in florida.
we had an owner of a chain of clinics who had abortionists and staffers without the proper credentials and when a woman went in for a late term abortion, 2 weeks past what the clinic was allowed to perform ( not that this clinic was safe to begin with ) and the aborted baby was born alive without the doc present, a staffer cut the cord, put the baby in a biohazard bag and threw the body onto the roof.
there is an abortionist here in my city who lost his medical license many years ago after a conviction for manufacture and distribution of cocaine, but any moves to stop him from performing abortions has been met with resistance.
as a lifer, in my opinion, a person dies every time an abortion is performed.
abortionists like that put the women at peril of death as well.
i don’t want the babies to die, but i don’t want the women to die either.
we have a serious problem down here.
