Abortion Definitions
Using a well know resource, Steadmans Medical Dictionary on can come up with the following medical terms are used to categorize abortion:
A. Spontaneous abortion (miscarriage): An abortion due to accidental trauma or natural causes. Most miscarriages are due to genetic abberations or errant duplication of the chromosomes (genes); they can also be caused by environmental factors, such as toxixs.
B. Induced abortion: Induce Abortion is what we are most familiar with in the public discussion and has been a contentious issue. This type of Abortion has been caused by a deliberate human action. Induced abortions are further subcategorized into therapeutic and elective:
1. Therapeutic abortion: An abortion performed either…
i) to save the life of the pregnant woman
ii) to preserve the woman’s physical or mental well being and health
iii) to terminate pregnancy that would result in a child born with a congenital disorder that would be fatal or associated with significant morbidity
iv) to selectively reduce the number of fetuses to lessen health risks associated with multiple pregnancy.
C. Elective abortion: Abortion performed for any other reason. In common usage, the term “abortion” is synonymous with induced abortion. However, in medical texts, the word ‘abortion’ might exclusively refer to, or may also refer to, spontaneous abortion (miscarriage).

I noticed your older comment above.
You are absolutely innacurate.
A pregnancy in the tube that is directly affected so it does not survive is called
A Tubal Abortion.
You can play games of nomenclature, but that does not change what the reality is.
So if it is OK to save women from tubal pregnancies, you believe quite clearly that there are cases that abortion is OK, and should not be legislated against.

What is the purpose of you using diet pills anaywy? losing that 10 lbs? You do realize that diet pills can only help you controlling your calorie and not make the 10lbs gone away right? You should ask yourself what makes you fail to lose that 10lbs for 2 years. Is it because you lack of calorie control? Then diet pills can help you but you lack of exercise then there is no point in using diet pills ..

None. Weight Loss pills are not FDA approved, and in many cases found to be iienfectfve. Eat Healthy, Eat right (missing meals starts fat build up), and drink a lot of water like you are doing.Working out wise. Do more. If you do the same routine everyday your body will get used to it and you will not lose weight. Try doing cardio one day, aerobics another. Don’t slow down, do meaningful physical training.@Emily. However, these important faxes were usually not the majority of what came through the machine. With fax machines, you usually had to leave the machine running to receive documents.
